    Due to the high elasticity, polymer self-leveling floors are comparable in their characteristics and have the following advantages:

    • High strength. Resistance to various kinds of loads makes self-leveling floors an indispensable attribute of modern production. This property is most pronounced in polyurethane-based floors. Due to the high elasticity, such a floor will remain in its original form even after the fall of heavy objects.
    • The minimum service life of a self-leveling polymer floor is 20 years, and with careful operation and maintenance, it can last even longer. This indicator fully substantiates the economic feasibility of using such floors both in production and in everyday life.
    • Resistant to chemicals. Polymer coatings (especially those based on epoxy) are chemically neutral. This suggests that no aggressive environment will be a threat to the coating, whether it be acid, alkali, or other dangerous reagents.
    • High fire resistance. Having a polymer in its composition, the self-leveling floor will not contribute to the spread of fire in case of fire, as is the case with a wooden coating.     • Thermal insulation. The temperature range of application of self-leveling polymer floors allows them to be used both at low and at high temperatures, for example, in a large freezer compartment or in a boiler room.

    Self-leveling floors are a complex building system. The top layer of such systems is made of polymer bulk material based on reactive resins. Due to the carefully selected composition, the polymer self-leveling floor coating has a number of significant characteristics and advantages.
